Tonsley Christmas Pizza in the Park 2022

The Tonsley Village Christmas Party was held on the 15th of December 2022 at the Tonsley Reserve. We worked with long-time client, PEET on this event and it was great to see it come to fruition for another bigger and better year! This year we saw almost 500 residents come and enjoy pizza in the park. Guests enjoyed free pizza, free gelato, a bar and live entertainment.

For this event, the Keito team provided:

  • ONSITE MANAGEMENT
  • SITE LOGISTICS AND SAFETY

One key task that the Keito team looked after was coordinating a road closure and traffic management plan with a trusted supplier. This looked like conducting a site visit, site layout and access plans for the vehicles requiring access to the event.

The Keito team thoroughly enjoys working on these community Christmas parties and we can’t wait to expand them in 2023!
