SA Mid Winter Ball 2025

On Saturday, 30 August, the William Magarey Room at Adelaide Oval set the stage for the SA Mid Winter Ball 2025, proudly presented by Commercial & General. The black-tie event welcomed 541 guests across 53 tables, bringing together sponsors, industry representatives, media, and political leaders for a night of celebration and fundraising in support of two South Australian Charities, Backpacks 4 SA Kids and Lion Hearts Learning. 

Keito Events worked alongside the SA Mid Winter Ball Organising Committee to deliver end-to-end event management from planning, budget management, ticketing, AV production, and fundraising logistics through to theming, supplier coordination, and onsite delivery. Guests enjoyed an Alps-inspired ski resort atmosphere, a three-course dining experience, raffle draws, a live auction hosted by Bronte Manuel from Toop & Toop, and lively entertainment that carried the energy well into the night. 

We’re proud to have supported the committee in creating such a successful evening, raising vital funds for two incredible South Australian charities.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved, we look forward to celebrating again at the next year’s ball!
