William Lakes’ 3rd Birthday Party Activation

On Sunday 19 October 2025, the William Lakes 3rd Birthday Party brought together over 100 attendees for a community connection and celebration at the William Lakes Sales and Information Centre.

Keito Events was proud to manage the full event logistics including supplier coordination, creative implementation, and on-the-day operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience that reflected the welcoming spirit of the William Lakes community.

Guests enjoyed complimentary coffee, branded cupcakes and cannoli from local vendors. Our styling featured event-branded signage, festive balloon installations, and a custom cupcake display aligned with the William Lakes logo and colours.

Throughout the day Keito captured vibrant, family-friendly photos throughout the day highlighting key moments of connection, celebration and community pride.

A big thank you to Villawood Properties for inviting us to help celebrate this special community milestone.
