2026 SA Mid Winter Ball

The 2026 SA Mid Winter Ball, held on Friday 11 September at Adelaide Oval, brought together more than 470 guests for an evening of connection, celebration and fundraising in support of two South Australian charities, The Zahra Foundation and Puddle Jumpers.

Proudly presented by Thomsons, this year’s Nordic Nights theme was brought to life through event branding by Michels Warren, creating the setting for a sophisticated black-tie evening.

Guests enjoyed a three-course dining experience, wines by Vinarchy, DJ entertainment and a gin bar by Adelaide Distilling Co. once formalities wrapped up.

Fundraising was an important part of the evening, with 15 raffle prizes and a live auction hosted by Bronte Manuel of Toop & Toop. The programme also featured addresses from the Premier and Opposition Leader, alongside the much-anticipated annual funny reel.

Event Planning and Delivery

Keito Events supported the SA Mid Winter Ball Committee across the planning and delivery of the event, including:

The annual SA Mid Winter Ball provides an opportunity for South Australia’s corporate, media and political communities to come together beyond the usual political divide, while raising valuable support for local causes.

The event would not be possible without the dedication of the organising committee and the generous support of corporate table sponsors, in-kind partners, MCs, and raffle and live auction donors.

Keito Events was proud to continue supporting the SA Mid Winter Ball and help bring another memorable evening to life at Adelaide Oval.

Jade and I worked together last week in Fiji for the Coloplast National Sales Meeting, as well as spending months of hard work preparing for this Meeting.  76 Coloplast staff (Australia and New Zealand) attended in Fiji. 

Jade is truly amazing.  I found Jade very professional, and she is so friendly and easy to work with.  Jade takes pride in her work, and it shone throughout the work preparations and at the National Meeting. 

There were some last-minute hiccups during last week, which was out of our control.  Jade took it in her stride and solved these issues in a professional and calming manner. 

I could not have asked for a better person to work with last week.  Last week I liaised with Jade as she did all the schedule planning. The National Sales Meeting was a huge success.

The recent State/Local Government Economic Partnerships Forum held on Friday, 24 March 2023, was an important event for this, my second term as Minister for Local Government. 

I wanted to begin a conversation with the local government sector that was respectful of the role councils play in the lives of their communities, and encouraging of the greater role they can play in partnering with—and participating in—the State Government’s economic growth agenda for South Australia. 

An undertaking like the Forum takes many hands and a considerable effort to organise. I have been advised that the team from Keito did a terrific job in providing support and helping to make the event as successful as it demonstrably was. 

I extend my personal gratitude and appreciation for the work you and your team did to make it seem effortless. Please pass on my appreciation to your team.
