The Quarter Block Walk 2026
The Quarter Block Walk, held on Saturday 19 September 2026 at The Quarter, Morphettville, was a property development event delivered for Villawood Properties, giving purchasers the opportunity to explore the new Stage 1 development and experience their future community firsthand.
The 1.5-hour event invited purchasers to walk through their newly purchased lots, explore the development and capture photos in front of their future homes. Guests were welcomed with complimentary coffee, cannoli and champagne, creating a relaxed and celebratory atmosphere as they connected with their future community.
Dedicated photography opportunities were set up throughout the development, while traffic management and event infrastructure were carefully coordinated to support a safe and seamless experience for guests.
Event coordination and onsite delivery
Keito Events supported Villawood Properties with the broader event coordination and onsite delivery, managing the planning and logistics required to bring the Block Walk together.

- Onsite event management
- Setup and pack-down of event signage, furniture, umbrellas, bins and other event requirements
Catering, photography and lot signage were managed directly by Villawood Properties, with Keito Events overseeing the wider event coordination and onsite experience.
Through considered planning and effective execution, the The Quarter Block Walk provided purchasers with an opportunity to explore their new development, connect with their future community and see The Quarter, Morphettville come to life.
