Beth Rackham – Director
Beth’s career in event management began in 2013 when she joined Keito Events as an Event Assistant. Her passion, dedication, and strategic mindset saw her take on the opportunity to become Keito’s Director in 2017.
With over a decade of experience, Beth has managed events of all scales—from large-scale street festivals with 15,000 attendees to intimate gatherings of 50. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including national brands, government bodies, and corporate organisations, ensuring every event is executed with precision and creativity.
As Director, Beth is the driving force behind Keito’s commitment to innovation and excellence. She continuously refines event strategies, explores new trends, and integrates cutting-edge ideas to keep Keito at the forefront of the industry. Working closely with the team, she ensures each event is not only flawlessly executed but also pushes creative boundaries to deliver fresh, engaging experiences.
