Bluestone Community Christmas Party 2022

The Keito team worked with PEET on their annual Bluestone Christmas Party for the residents of Bluestone in Mount Barker. We spent the evening of the 15th of December 2022 in front of their sales and information centre, joined by over 400 locals.

The residents enjoyed a free sausage sizzle provided by the Eastern Mavericks Basketball club, free ice cream provided by Moo’s Ice creamery, a bar provided by Love Mittie and a taste of the local Adelaide Hills Farmers Market. There was even a special visit from Santa who gave out lots of fun Christmas presents for kids.

The key areas of the event that we were responsible for were…

  • Project management and planning
  • Supplier and stakeholder liaison and management
  • Venue site and logistics
  • Onsite management and supervision

For this event, one of our tasks was coordinating an external stakeholder to make their markets become a new asset of the event. This became a valuable addition to event, and guests enjoyed the delicious produce from the markets.

This was the 5th Bluestone Christmas Party we have worked on with PEET and it is always one of our favourite community events we do each year.
