Themed Corporate Christmas Party 2022

On Saturday 10th December, the team worked on a themed corporate Christmas party. This year, the theme was ‘Great Gatsby with a hint of murder mystery’. The party was held at the Adelaide Town Hall, and we had so much fun getting creative in the process.

The event space was donned with Gatsby elements and complimented by the historical town hall fixtures. We worked to theme the event, organising activities such as a makeup touch up area, casino tables around the event space, photo-booth, props scattered around the bathrooms for quick photo opportunities, a murder mystery where the guests had to guess the murderer, a live band, a dance performance and gin and whiskey speakeasy bar.

For this event we worked on:

  • PROJECT PLANNING
  • SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT & VENUE COORDINATION
  • EVENT THEMING & DESIGN
  • ONSITE MANAGEMENT

One aspect of the event which we took charge on was ensuring that the murder mystery element. This included detailed meetings with the entertainment host to make sure the murder mystery surprise was thoughtfully planned, executed seamlessly and effectively on the night.

It was great to see the guests get involved, with some winning the ‘detective status’ in the murder mystery. In a sea of sequins and feathers, we can’t wait for more fun themes in 2023!
