Eyre Community Christmas Party 2022

This year, we teamed up with AV Jennings and the Eyre Sports Park Association to bring together the Eyre Community Christmas Party.

On Sunday 11th December, we were joined by 300 residents from the AV Jennings Eyre community to enjoy live music with free ice cream, coffee, lunch packs and a sausage sizzle. We had a special visit from Santa who gave out lots of gifts for the children and families.

For this event we provided:

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING
  • SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
  • ONSITE SUPERVISION
  • SITE LOGISTICS

One aspect of the event which we looked after was conducting a site visit with the Eyre Sports Park to ensure that we could execute the event safely. We checked for things such as access, irrigation, power, and safety in driving vehicles on to the site.

This was a very successful community event; we’re so thrilled with how it turned out.
