Why Adelaide’s Top Corporates Trust Keito for Their Events
There’s a reason the same names keep showing up on our client list year after year.
Villawood Properties. Hickinbotham Group. PEET. City of Adelaide. These aren’t one-off clients who tried us once. They’re long-term partners who have trusted Keito with some of their most important events, repeatedly. And when you ask why, the answer isn’t complicated: when you work with Keito, things just work.
Here’s what that actually looks like in practice.
We’ve seen it all, and we mean that
Keito has been managing events in Adelaide for 18 years. That’s 18 years of outdoor events in unpredictable weather, road closures that needed council sign-off, 38-supplier logistics puzzles, and 9,000-person crowds that needed to feel effortless.
That kind of experience doesn’t come from reading articles online. It comes from being on-site when the wind picks up unexpectedly and knowing immediately what needs to happen to keep the marquees secure. It comes from having managed the City of Adelaide’s Lighting of the Christmas Tree not just once, but every single year from 2022 through to 2026, and knowing that each year, because of what we’ve learned, it gets better.
The tips, the contacts, the instincts. Those only come from doing the work, over and over, at a high level.

We overthink your event (so you don’t have to)
Clients often tell us they didn’t realise how much was happening behind the scenes until they saw our run sheets. That’s by design.
For the Oakden Rise Display Village Grand Opening and Good Home Charity Auction, we coordinated more than 38 suppliers, managed a full road closure, and developed detailed risk, traffic, and infrastructure plans, all while delivering a family-friendly event that welcomed over 1,200 attendees including bidders, stakeholders, and community members. On the day, guests enjoyed Bluey, fairy floss, show rides, a balloon twister, a native animal experience, live music, and lawn games.
What they didn’t see was the contingency plan for the weather. The permits secured weeks in advance. The supplier briefings that made sure every single activation ran on time.
We are, proudly, overthinkers. We’re planning for things that haven’t happened yet, because by the time something could go wrong, we’ve already sorted it.
The proof is in the events
City of Adelaide Lighting of the Christmas Tree, a large-scale community concert drawing more than 9,000 attendees annually in the heart of Tarntanyangga/Victoria Square. Keito manages end-to-end stage and production elements, coordinating over 76 individual performers across 7 acts representing more than 12 different cultures. Every year, through careful production schedules, detailed talent briefs, and close collaboration with the AV team, the client’s vision comes to life seamlessly.

Harvest Green Park Opening and Sea Turtle Park Grand Opening, both delivered for our long-term partner Hickinbotham Group. Over 1,500 people turned out for Harvest Green, and 1,200 for Sea Turtle Park at Port Noarlunga South. Think ponies, mascots, fairies with bubbles, a giant bird, Spongebob, themed community celebrations that felt extraordinary because the detail behind them was extraordinary.

King William Road Long Lunch presented by Mercedes-Benz, a completely different brief: upscale, chic, fashion-forward. White marquees, runway models, florals, blue and orange branding that popped. It’s one of our most-shared events because the photos speak for themselves. (It’s our website hero image for a reason.)

PEET Community Events, from Bluestone to Tonsley Village, Riverlea to Woodville, we’ve been creating standout community events for PEET across multiple suburbs and formats for years. Meet Your Neighbour activations, Christmas events, movie nights, display openings, media lunches. Another exciting one coming in 2026.

When you work with Keito, the director is in it with you
Here’s something most agencies won’t say out loud: when a bigger company takes on your event, they take on a dozen others at the same time. Your event gets a team, but not necessarily their best attention. The director might not know the details. Things slip.
At Keito, we’re a small, focused team, and that’s our advantage, not our limitation.
Our director Beth Rackham is hands-on in every event. She knows the suppliers, she knows the site plan, she knows the run sheet. Because our team is small, nothing happens that she doesn’t know about. You’re not getting passed to a coordinator while the director works on something else. You have the full weight of 18 years of experience showing up for your event.

Long-term clients get more than just great events
One of the best things about working with Keito long-term? We already know you.
We have your supplier history, your preferences, your event formats, and the tried-and-tested contacts who deliver results for your specific type of event. Repeat clients benefit from our established relationships and our institutional knowledge of their brand and audience. It means less briefing time, fewer surprises, and better outcomes with every event we do together.
That’s why Villawood Properties, Hickinbotham Group, PEET and so many others keep coming back.
